The memory of those who perished in Fimbulwinter Encapsulation in the glacier Frozen in time My remembrance of thine So sublime... Like the ancient mariner's rime. Goldenrod and cloth, of yours left to rot I could feel the crystallization of my teardrops Trickling... With Quiet softness of the wind's caress. I saw the kings and queens of Yggdrasil in dreams Dethroned Usurped by the Black storms of sorrow. Hear my incantations, messenger, The winds...

The coffins are open Death moon arise Four horsemen approaching The periphery of my sight For each one of us We venture into our hearses Four horsemen riding Four majestic black horses So ethereal is the macabre When the red moon rises above me...

Alas, no Promethean flame could arise The Cleansing fire of knowledge to burn the skies From kingdom below, beyond the left of forked path Tel Megiddo still remains unfortunately intact Alas, to see, with mine eyes, the fire Lucifer's ascension to heaven, diabolically conspire Like Tantalus, could not taste fruition's fruit And now lies beneath an earth far from its spring, youth But there are times I remain aware Armageddon has yet to trumpet its fanfare I will see Lucifer, rising morning star Against heaven aflame, even from afar.

A young boy sits and hears an Invocation on Artemis’s altar, A eulogy delivered to the dirge of the calming wind. His father, Alexander, learned well from the goddess of the hunt But he befell to the fate of Achilles. The mortuary drape of the black sky and clouds On a cool autumnal twilight eve Blankets his form. Masquerades begin in the ballroom of Demeter Who Silently weeps in the frost of winter. For her Daughter Persephone bequeathed her presence Unto Master Hades in Faustian manner. Soothsay them all in his bereavement. Crestfallen is he to his slain idol. In the Solace and penitence of his death, The gods shall reward his father. A journey through Styx From tear stained eyes came the river that cleanses all sorrow. Strings of sadness decrescendo to pianissimo on tempo with his wailing. Charon greet’s the father, the warrior, onto the ferry through caverns of grief Flowing river from gardens of carnage that is Cocytus. Spawned from the youth’s tears. Souls try to scream but are drowning, asphyxiating in the river yet never dying. A soothing melody echoes from Aeolian harps, the harmony cathartic. Helios rests. The sun sets. From Tartarus, there emits the cacophony of the vanquished Titans. Tantalus’ borborygmus reverberates. Sisyphus’s hubris in throe. Ixion bathing in the hyperthermia of lust. Tityos, the feast to the vultures. Valhalla of the wicked. Belial becomes aroused. Dignity lost as with their paradise. Enochian tongues silenced. Satanas riseth and dines with Hades. Blood Crimson amontillado, Ambrosian invigorator. Limbs torn from Aeolus’ gale. Castrated phalli from all the atoning bastard cursers. Their suffering, Masochistic, is their act of contrition. Purgatorium pouring like a digestiv. The meals of a banquet fit for those who reign the underworld. Beyond the banks of Phlegothon lies the stagnant mire. Tomb of the injudicious. Solemn tunes of winter’s eve from nymphal mouths lament the slain, the fallen. Pan’s flute accompanies. Cupric bells now playing, in tritones. Dissonance. Such lovely dissonance. An everlasting orchestra. Symphonies. Intermezzi of silence, in mournful memory. From the forest came crescendoes of cries from the mourners. Ravishing to one’s schadenfreude, perhaps. Babylon rots. Sacrosanctity is scorned on the ferry. Charon dutiful to Styx per command of Zeus. Zeus and Poseidon emitting storms in conspiracy…the minotaur screeches. Its cage, its Tartarus, the labyrinth. Icarus decomposing in the sea, beneath blankets of feathers. Eagles soar to devour Prometheus. Maim him. The ripping flesh is his to feel. Alexander beholds it all, like a phantasmagoria. There is only apathy in death. An Unconscious conscience cannot behold pain. An adieu is written as an epitaph. Silence befalls again; the Necromanteion now lies beyond all periphery. Oblivion awaits… Έχετε εισάγει το μάτι του κενού. (You have entered the eye of the void) Έχω εισέλθει στο μάτι του κενού. (I have entered the eye of the void).
