Inhuman growls began to spawn from the trees
Leaking sanguinary Aquavit 
Reading through the owl eyes
I saw a spell cast deep into the skies 
I flew through the Forest with feathers of a hawk
And talons of Eagles
Teeth of the werewolves 
Keys to the gates 
Lingering 

I watched the bird 
Fly softly in the blackened moonlight

The honor of the dragon 
Is a malediction against the Seraphs 
Such is the exegesis of black magick

The slaughter of the soul was never so brutal before
But its pain is cathartic, not sore
I rode the dark horse 
To infinitude's fort
I left my soul at his feet

I watched the warm winter eve's metamorphosis 
Into a supplement to the ice of my soul
That I freed 
Like doves I bequeath.
